RETURNS
The Pecado Real Sex-Shop is committed to comply, with the terms of paragraph 1 of Article 6 of Decree Law 143/2001 of 26 April, which stipulates that in the distance contract, the consumer has a period of 14 day to rescind the contract, without the payment of any compensation and does not have to specify any reason. Regarding health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the returns of items that were used or which packaging has been infringed. So, please make sure that you like the article, before removing the plastic wrapping or the inviolability guarantee seal, without which we cannot accept the product return.
Additionally, our store commits to accomplish with the existing legislation, about distance sales and e-commerce, namely the Decree-Law 143/2001, the Decree-Law 07/2004, as well as other legal provisions which are applicable to this business.
The return costs are supported by the shop, if the material has a manufacturing defect.
Prices and other descriptions are subjected to change, without previous notice and are only valid for the existing stock.
The VAT is included in the prices of our online shop, according to the current rate and is only valid for the online shop.
An order will be only sent, after the bank transfer confirmation.
